REGISTRATION
Spaces for the activities are limited, and on a first come, first served basis.
Register early to avoid disappointment.

REGISTRATION FEES (per delegate)

  • CEO Forum : NTD9,600 / USD320
  • Workshop A: NTD5,000 / USD170
  • Workshop C: NTD3,000 / USD100
  • Workshop D: NTD3,000 / USD100
  • Workshop E: NTD6,000 / USD200
  • Workshop F: NTD6,000 / USD200

    Registration fee includes admission to the registered activity and its materials, refreshments, and lunch if it is a full-day activity. Hotel accommodation and travel expenses are not included.




    TEAM DISCOUNT

    When three or more delegates from one organization attend the same forum or the same workshop, there is a 10% discount available.



    REGISTRATION DEADLINE

    The registration form and fee must be submitted before August 29, 2003.




    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellations must be made in writing (letter, e-mail or fax) and reach TABF by September 5, 2003 for full refund of the registration fee.

    After this date, 50% of the registration fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

    However, a replacement delegate is always welcome at no extra charge.



    CHANGE OF PROGRAM

    We reserve the right to change event dates, venues or locations, or alter the content and timing of the event or the identity of the speakers due to unforeseen circumstances.

    These changes do not justify any refunds.
